Palpable

Keep it up.

Don’t let it slip, don’t let it slide.

He won’t ever know just how sham you can be.

Keep dropping his name like all and sundry wants to hear it,

Let it slip out at casual points in time,

When she happens to be in room.

Never admit it,

This secret can’t be disclosed.

But be certain you make it

blatantly

palpable.

Let that loop… just let it hang in the moment.

I wouldn’t mind telling you that I know,

Just so you know

That everyone else knows.

But I don’t want to blemish your denial.

hmmm..well...i dunno.

the person who is speaking is keeping a secret. theres another girl and anothr guy. does the guy know the secret already? i dunno. anyways, actually i have no idea. its the end bit that gets me intreagued.

it makes me paranoid. for whoever it is that the secrets about. cos i rekon they'd wanna know that everyone else knows. but what it is that they know, i dont know. and i like the blemishing your denial bit. aaaaanyhow...this comment is way to long..and makes no sense.

so finally, i have no idea. im reading it over and over and over again. and i grow to like it more and more. a couple sentences particularly grab my attention alot. so yeah. whatever.

kudos to your writing skills!

hmm well.. after reading it again yes i can see your thinking..

i wrote it from the perspective of someone else..

They are witnessing the sad fate of a young girl who thinks she has got this dude wrapped around her little finger so to speak.. and she likes to keep up appearances in a way that makes everyone else believe she has him.. in particular one girl who she sees as a threat..

Now the one standing back (the speaker) can see straight through this girl and is observing all her games.. the games the every girl knows how to play so well.. and thats why everyone knows.. but girls are so good at playing these games that they almost convince themselves that there are no games..

The last bit is actually the speaker realising that she herself has her own denial.. and if she is going to point out the games of the girl, she needs to blemish her own denial in the process because she too plays these games..

This is really hard to explain.. it is quite complex..

but take it as u like..
